The Real Life Lab Project
Some years ago the Daily Mail called me wanting to do a 6 week feature. They had 3 ladies - the smoker who wanted to stop, the overweight girl who wanted to lose 2 stone, and the driving test girl who was nervous before her 3rd attempt. I offered to take on all three, but they already had 2 other Coaches allocated. Midway they did a small article about the progress.
